In most cases there is a 3 month time limit within which you must bring a claim at the employment tribunal. If you contact us early enough we may be able to negotiate a settlement with your employer without the need to do this, which minimises the cost and inconvenience for you.
Even if it is necessary to bring a claim at the employment tribunal we will continue to try to settle your claim and in most cases we are successful in doing this, minimising the costs for you and avoiding the need for you to give evidence.
We appreciate that it can be difficult to know whether you have a claim for which it is appropriate to use a solicitor. We offer initial fixed fee advice, and if you decide to proceed, several funding options, including 'no win, no fee' in suitable cases.
