I trained at Levenes and qualified as a solicitor in March 2004. I have dealt with work in a variety of areas but since 2008 have specialised in employment law and related regulatory and litigation matters.

I advise on the full range of employment law matters, but have particular expertise in helping employers to improve their policies and procedures as well as guiding them through redundancy, disciplinary/dismissal and grievance processes. I have also successfully represented many organisations in HSE investigations and assisted them to improve their health and safety compliance.

I regularly deliver training to employers, including at the Midtown Business Club, clients' premises and in open seminars to organisations across the private and not for profit sectors. The topics on which I have delivered training include the Equality Act, employee screening, entitlement to work in the UK, and more generally, how smaller employers can ensure that they don't fall foul of the basic elements of employment law. 

I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and am participating in their pro bono initiative. I was part of the Levenes Employment team which recently completed the London Legal Support Trust's 10 km sponsored walk, raising money for free legal advice centres in London and the South East.

Outside of work my football heart lies in west London and I go to the Bridge as often as I can. I am still working on becoming the legal profession's answer to Bruce Lee and train regularly in Jeet Kune Do.
