The diverse team at Levenes Employment is led by Audrey Onwukwe, and comprises two partners, two solicitors, a trainee solicitor and a paralegal. Collectively they have over 25 years experience in employment law.

In addition, our Business Development Manager, Sophie Morrison, has over six years experience as a HR manager and is able to provide HR support to smaller employers who do not have a dedicated HR function. This service is designed to compliment the legal support provided by the legal team by helping small clients to improve the effectiveness of their HR processes while keeping costs to a minimum. Any legal issues which arise would be referred to the legal team. 

Being a small, stable team enables us to provide you with a more personal, responsive and cost effective service than that offered by many larger practices.

A collaborative working environment ensures that whilst your case will be handled by a specific lawyer you benefit from the experience of the whole team. If your lawyer is unavailable another member of the team will usually be able to speak to you about your case.
