fixed fee initial advice

We appreciate that it can be difficult for you to know whether you have a matter for which it is appropriate to use a solicitor. 

For a fixed fee of £250 plus VAT we will review up to 20 pages of documentation, discuss your case with you by telephone and send you a letter of advice. If there are more than 20 pages of documentation to review we will agree a higher fixed fee with you according to the number of documents.

If you then wish to instruct us to pursue your matter we will discuss the funding options available to you so that you can make an informed decision.
