We understand that value for money and control over costs will be important considerations for you, particularly if you have recently lost your job or are having problems at work. We will always advise you on the various cost options.

• clear and regular itemised billing
• a variety of payment options, including the facility to accept debit/credit card payments (please note that use of this facility will attract an administration charge but we will inform you of this in advance and provide details of alternative options).  

We will always try to minimise the cost for you by allocating work appropriately. We are also proactive in trying to settle cases and do not undertake unnecessary work.
